Requirements
Fluent Finnish and English
EU citizenship or Greek work permit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, structure and reliability
Ability to work with digital tools and multitask
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Customer service background is useful but not mandatory
What Is the Job About
You will be responsible for providing assistance to Finnish-speaking customers through phone, email, chat and ticketing systems. Tasks include answering questions, guiding users, solving issues, documenting interactions, escalating complex cases and ensuring every customer receives efficient and friendly service. You will work closely with team leaders and follow established workflows.
