In this integral position, you will assist Finnish-speaking customers with their logistics inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support. You'll play a critical role in streamlining operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics services and processes, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain updated on logistics processes and industry standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within logistics, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
