Requirements
Fluent Czech and confident English communication
EU citizenship or valid work permit
Professional communication, patience and a customer-first approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
Time-management and attention to detail
Customer service or administrative background is a plus
What Is the Job About
As a Customer Service Support Agent, you will assist customers with questions, orders, account issues, product guidance and basic troubleshooting. You will interact through chat, email, phone and ticket systems, ensuring every case is handled professionally and efficiently. You will follow structured processes, maintain accurate records, escalate complex issues when needed, and represent the brand with a helpful and positive attitude.
