In this important role, you will assist Czech-speaking customers with their travel bookings, changes, and inquiries related to Your support will ensure that travelers have a smooth experience as they embark on their journeys.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding their bookings.
- Help customers with modifications, cancellations, and inquiries to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Share your travel expertise to guide customers on various destinations and offerings.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards and ensure memorable customer experiences.
- Engage in continuous training to improve your travel knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service in a bustling environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or the travel industry is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
