In this essential role, you will assist Croatian-speaking customers with their travel bookings, inquiries, and changes associated with Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our travelers have seamless and memorable experiences.
Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding their bookings.
- Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and inquiries to maximize their satisfaction.
- Utilize your travel knowledge to advise customers on destinations and services.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards and deliver positive customer experiences.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve your travel knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or the travel industry is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine love for travel and assisting customers on their journeys.
