We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Athens, supporting our hotel reservation platform. Your responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
- Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in our platform.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve customer experience and platform usability.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Croatian speaker.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in customer support, hospitality, or travel booking is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
