In this supportive role, you will assist German-speaking customers with their travel bookings, changes, and inquiries related to Your expertise will help travelers have a smooth and enjoyable experience while exploring the world.
Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding their bookings.
- Assist with modifications, cancellations, and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your knowledge to guide customers on travel options, destinations, and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and positive customer experiences.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance your travel product knowledge and customer support skills.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or the travel industry is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adept problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
