In this vital role, you will assist French-speaking customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications regarding their experiences with Help our travelers create unforgettable journeys while ensuring they receive the support they need.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat concerning their bookings.
- Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and any inquiries to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Share your travel expertise to guide customers on various destinations and offerings.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high service standards and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance your travel knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in customer support or the travel sector is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
