What Youll Be Doing
- Being the go-to support contact for Czech/Slovak-speaking clients and hotel/accommodation partners via phone, chat and email.
- Managing queries on bookings, room modifications, rates, availability and extranet tools.
- Using our systems and processes to deliver accurate, complete, timely responses.
- Ensuring every partner interaction is positive, professional and supportive.
- Continuously learning our travel products and services so you stay confident and proactive.
Your Profile What Were Looking For
- Native or fluent in Czech and/or Slovak (spoken & written) and fluent in English (minimum B2).
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital support tools.
- Able to work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons & weekends.
- Currently residing in Greece or open and able to relocate (with our relocation support).
- Strict requirement: You must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Greek work permit no sponsorship provided.
- Friendly, service-oriented mindset with a strong command of communication and problem-solving.
