In this crucial role, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers with inquiries, bookings, and modifications regarding their experiences with Your support will help ensure that travelers enjoy a seamless experience as they explore new destinations.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat concerning their bookings.
- Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and inquiries to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide insights and guidance on various destinations and offerings to enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high service standards and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Participate in continuous training to improve your travel knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or the travel industry is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
