About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Czech-speaking customers, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Czech via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries related to products, services, accounts, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Record interactions and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solutions and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Czech.
  • Good English skills for internal communication.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, patient, and solution-oriented.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required; full training is provided.
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
