What You'll DoAs part of our Dutch-speaking Customer Experts team, you'll help customers with their new devices, provide guidance, solve issues, and represent a brand trusted worldwide.
Your day-to-day will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat
Guiding customers on how to use their devices or arrange repairs
Listening actively, showing empathy, and maintaining a friendly tone
Focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty
Collaborating with your team and leadership to improve the customer journey
Were not looking for a perfect CV were looking for the right mindset. If you've got great communication skills and love helping people, well teach you the rest.
You speak Dutch fluently and English at a good level (B2)
You're comfortable using tech (Windows basics, shortcuts, etc.)
You're polite, patient, and a great listener
You're proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn
You can multitask without losing focus
Bonus if you've worked in customer support, hospitality, or retail but its not required.
