Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce the opening for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the education and e-learning industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others succeed in their learning journeys. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to students and educators, assisting them with inquiries regarding educational products, services, and platforms, ensuring exceptional service in Dutch.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to educational resources and e-learning platforms via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Assist students and educators with account setup, course selection, and technical issues
- Provide guidance on product features, functionalities, and best practices
- Resolve customer complaints and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Participate in webinars and training sessions to enhance knowledge of educational content and tools
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the education or e-learning sectors, is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to navigate and learn new technology platforms quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as necessary
