Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a job opening for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service while working in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries regarding manufacturing products and services, ensuring they receive the support they need in Dutch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries about manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and availability
- Assist clients with order placements, modifications, and tracking
- Resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have, ensuring a positive experience
- Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to provide timely updates to customers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
