You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries regarding manufacturing products and services, ensuring they receive the support they need in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries about manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and availability
  • Assist clients with order placements, modifications, and tracking
  • Resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have, ensuring a positive experience
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to provide timely updates to customers
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
