Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

Mercier Consultancy Medical is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the vibrant city of Athens Join our team and become part of an exciting environment within the aviation industry. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, providing exemplary service and support in Dutch. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and general travel queries
- Assist customers with changes to their reservations and ticketing
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the system
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for travel and the aviation sector is highly desirable
