Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the aviation industry. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service, and who are fluent in one or more Nordic languages. As a representative, you will assist travelers with their inquiries, providing support and ensuring a smooth journey in this dynamic sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to aviation services, including flight bookings, cancellations, and travel policies via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages
- Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related questions
- Assist customers in resolving issues, from ticketing problems to special requests
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams and airline partners to resolve customer issues quickly
- Stay informed about industry updates and best practices to provide accurate support
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel sector
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries under pressure
- Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing top-quality service
- Proficient in the use of computer systems and CRM software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
