Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This role is ideal for passionate individuals who are enthusiastic about education and eager to assist students and educators in maximizing their learning experiences. As a part of our dedicated team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and help them navigate our e-learning platform in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about educational products and e-learning services via phone, email, and live chat in German
- Guide users through the registration process, course selections, and platform features
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and ensure a positive user experience
- Document customer interactions diligently and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Collaborate with educational teams to improve service offerings based on user feedback
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is vital; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in education or e-learning
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage and assist diverse customer groups
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficient with CRM systems and related technology
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
