Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages
- Educate customers on renewable energy solutions, installation processes, and maintenance requirements
- Assist with account management, service scheduling, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to enhance customer experiences and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and company offerings in renewable energy
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required; English proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy or related sectors
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and supportively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as required
