This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about social media and enjoy providing exceptional customer support. You will assist users in navigating their social media experiences, addressing their inquiries, and helping them maximize their engagement on these platforms—all while communicating in Nordic languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to social media features, functionalities, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages
- Provide guidance on best practices for using social media platforms effectively
- Assist users in resolving issues related to account management, content creation, and user engagement
- Document customer interactions accurately to ensure seamless follow-up and support
- Collaborate with product teams to relay user feedback and enhance service quality
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends to provide relevant information to users
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the social media or tech industry, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex inquiries
- Adept at using social media platforms and understanding user dynamics
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary
