Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Greek Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the automotive industry based in Athens. This position is perfect for dynamic individuals who are passionate about customer service and the automotive sector. As a customer service representative, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and solutions in Greek.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding automotive services and products via phone, email, and live chat in Greek
- Offer clear and concise information about vehicle specifications, service options, and pricing
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, troubleshooting car issues, and handling service inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and efficiently
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is required; English language skills are advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries
- Familiarity with CRM systems and computer proficiency
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if necessary
