German Speaking Customer Service for Biotechnology industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the biotechnology industry. If you have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in biotechnology, this role is an ideal fit for you. As part of our team, you will provide vital support to clients and stakeholders, ensuring they receive comprehensive assistance in their inquiries using your fluency in German.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to biotechnology products and services via phone, email, and chat in German
- Provide clear and accurate information on product features, applications, and compliance with industry standards
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up for customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with sales and product development teams to enhance service delivery
- Engage in ongoing training to keep up to date with developments in the biotechnology field
Requirements
- Fluency in German (oral and written) is crucial; knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in biotechnology or related sectors, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
- Able to simplify complex scientific information for clients
- Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
- Proficient in using customer service tools and CRM software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
