We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included.

Location: Athens, Greece

Contract Type: Full-time, Office-based

Salary: 14 salaries per year + Performance Bonus (up to 10%) + Monthly Transportation Allowance (€100)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00

About the Role:

We are looking for a German & English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Athens, providing after-sales support for premium home appliances, with a strong focus on high-end coffee machines and grinders.

You will deliver exceptional service to customers across Germany, the UK, and Ireland, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in the near future, chat
  • Provide light troubleshooting and technical guidance for appliances
  • Support both German-speaking and English-speaking customers
  • Manage customer cases using Salesforce

Requirements:

  • German: C2 level
  • English: B2 level
  • Strong technical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
