Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Operations Specialist, based in Athens. The role involves handling day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing various service operations tasks. The specialist will also be responsible for providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills to improve customer service processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
