What will you do?
- Answer incoming communications from customers.

- Provide high-quality customer support via voice, chat, or email.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding and addressing customer needs.
Candidate profile
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research solutions independently.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills.
