Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Location: Athens, Greece (Remote option available if application submitted by 12/10)

Schedule:

  • Mon–Fri: 10:00 – 18:30

  • Sat–Sun: 11:00 – 19:30

    (Rotational shifts / 5 days per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international support team based in Athens. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing high-quality support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to customers in Dutch and English

  • Handle inquiries through email, chat, and phone

  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Deliver a professional and friendly service experience

  • Collaborate with internal departments when needed

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch

Good command of English

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work rotational schedules including weekends

Eligible to relocate or already based in Greece (Remote possible if applied before 12/10)
