Dutch / Flemish Speaking Agent For Proximus - Work Remote In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Dutch/Flemish Speaking Agent for Proximus, allowing you to work remotely from the beautiful country of Greece. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, helping them navigate Proximus' product offerings and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing appropriate solutions
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and any technical issues they may face with Proximus services
- Keep up to date with Proximus' latest products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for quality assurance
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve escalated issues efficiently
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service strategies and processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential, with good English skills being a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively under pressure while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote working technologies is an advantage
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Interest in telecommunications and technology is beneficial for this role
