Flemish Customer Experience Representative

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? We are looking for enthusiastic and a detail-oriented Customer Experience Representative to support top-tier international brands across sectors such as tech, e-commerce, and online gaming.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Flemish-speaking customers, helping them navigate their needs and providing solutions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, or phone, depending on the project.
- Assist users with account inquiries, technical issues, product-related questions, or transaction support.
- Troubleshoot problems and offer effective solutions, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt, friendly, and accurate communication.
- Follow established workflows, guidelines, and service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Flemish (Dutch) and confident in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
- Prior experience in customer support.
- Availability to work in a hybrid-working model.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
