Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Representative in Athens. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating with customers, performing troubleshooting, and handling customer service requests.
Responsibilities
- Collection, record & update lease agreements, customer data & property information.
- Receiving complex inquiries from tenants & ensuring guests' expectations are met upon moving into their new home.
- Daily scheduling, collaborating, and managing internal and external partners (decoration department, handymen, technicians, carriers, etc.) to ensure operational excellence in properties.
- Maintaining long-lasting relations with the company's partners & clients (landlords, agencies, tenants, technicians, etc.).
- Planning the daily routes of handymen based on the number of stops, location, and type of their tasks assigned, as well as customers' needs and business priorities.
Qualifications
- Customer support, satisfaction, and service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Troubleshooting skills to identify and solve customer problems
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customers
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Experience in property management or hospitality is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
