Job Description

Join a leading international travel services company as a Croatian and English-speaking Customer Support Representative. You will assist travelers with bookings, inquiries, and post-trip support. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and empathy to ensure each customer receives world-class service. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Croatian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
    Computer literacy and ability to handle digital systems
