Customer Support Representative (English B2) On-site | Athens, Greece

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Greek-speaking customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and payment-related issues

  • Deliver support in English at B2 level for internal communication and documentation

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer requests

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Greek 

  • Solid command of English (minimum B2 level)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required

  • Comfortable working on-site in Athens
