About The Role
We are looking for a
French-speaking Customer Support Representative
to join our international team in Athens. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring they receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests in French via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information on products, services, warranties, and orders.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and usage instructions.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and find fast solutions.
- Escalate complex or technical cases to specialist teams when needed.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in French (C1/C2).
- Good English skills (B2+).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
- Basic technical knowledge of consumer products is desirable.
