In this role, you will provide top-quality customer support to French-speaking clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. As a French Customer Service Representative, you will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them with a variety of issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer accurate, clear, and effective solutions.
- Resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system.
- Meet performance targets, including response times, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and services to provide the best possible support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in French (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
