As a French Customer Service Representative, you will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them with a variety of issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer accurate, clear, and effective solutions.
  • Resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system.
  • Meet performance targets, including response times, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and services to provide the best possible support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent in French (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
