Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and fluent French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience. As a French Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers through phone, email, and chat, helping them resolve a variety of issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide clear, accurate solutions.
  • Resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
  • Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Meet performance targets, including response times, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Stay informed on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent in French (both written and spoken).
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain information to customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Basic proficiency in English is beneficial but not required.
