Your Role
As a
Customer Expert
, you will:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a global brand
- Build and maintain strong, empathetic customer relationships
- Work towards both client and internal performance targets
Your Profile
- Native/Fluent in French
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent soft skills and problem-solving ability
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
