Your Role

As a
Customer Expert
, you will:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a global brand
  • Build and maintain strong, empathetic customer relationships
  • Work towards both client and internal performance targets

Your Profile

  • Native/Fluent in French
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent soft skills and problem-solving ability
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
