We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our clients dynamic team in Athens, Greece. This role offers the chance to work in a multicultural environment while helping customers from around the world.
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, friendly, and effective support to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in French.
Offer accurate information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
Ensure every customer enjoys a positive, solution-driven experience.
Requirements
Native or fluent French speaker.
Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
