Do you have excellent
French
communication skills and a passion for technology? Join our team as a Customer Expert on our Technical Support Help-Desk You'll provide top-notch support for a wide range of
data technology products
, from hard drives to flash memory, for a major American manufacturer. Help our Dutch-speaking customers and work in the exciting world of data storage solutions.
Responsibilities
include:
- Answering inquiries about products specification via phone, chat and email
- Providing troubleshooting for various technical issues
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Performing data entry
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in French
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
- Advanced internet research skills
- Hardware and software medium to advanced knowledge
- Prior experience in technical support will be considered as an advantage
