Your Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical assistance to French-speaking customers regarding our technology products.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions to ensure seamless follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve support processes and share insights.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong technical skills with a proven ability to solve problems.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
