Job Overview:

Join us as a Customer Expert on our Technical Support Help-Desk for a wide range of data technology products

Do you have excellent Dutch communication skills and a passion for technology? Join our team as a Customer Expert on our Technical Support Help-Desk You'll provide top-notch support for a wide range of data technology products, from hard drives to flash memory, for a major American manufacturer. Help our Dutch-speaking customers and work in the exciting world of data storage solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering inquiries about products specification via phone, chat and email
  • Providing troubleshooting for various technical issues
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Performing data entry

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Advanced internet research skills
  • Hardware and software medium to advanced knowledge
  • Prior experience in technical support will be considered as an advantage
