Position: Customer Support Representative (Greek)
Location: Porto, Portugal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide expert advice on client queries related to cosmetic products.
  • Efficient Communication: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Offer clear information about products and services.
  • Positive Brand Representation: Maintain a positive attitude towards the brand.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering quality and achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain and update all relevant administrative forms.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in Greek, both verbal and written.
  • English Proficiency: Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service roles preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the banking industry is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Personal Traits: Resourceful, stress-resilient, and able to remain calm in various situations.
  • Team Player: Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
