-Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues and provide support

-Working towards achieving both client-defined and internal performance targets

This role includes full, paid relocation package including flights, travel costs and accommodation.

Requirements

-Fluency in German (spoken and written)

-Strong communication skills in English
