Are you passionate about customer service and problem-solving? Join our team as a Customer Service Agent with German for a leading car rental company in Athens

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Agent with German, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, reservations, and troubleshooting any issues related to car rentals. Your goal will be to provide excellent support and ensure a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat (no video required).
-Assist with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
-Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
-Troubleshoot common issues using available resources.
-Provide clear and helpful recommendations to customers.
-Ensure a positive and professional experience for every customer.

What Were Looking For:

Language Skills: Native/Fluent in German & good English (B1 level minimum).
Education: High School Diploma or higher (preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality or car rental experience is a plus).

  • Tech-savvy with a keen eye for detail.
  • Upbeat, positive attitude (youll often handle urgent issues).
