About the Role

otoQ is a fast-growing car rental company which is looking for an Office Assistant to join the Athens team. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the office and fleet, assist customers and partners, and ensure smooth coordination between customer bookings and cars handling.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional customer support.
  • Assist with general office administration (filing, invoicing, contract preparation).
  • Coordinate with pickup/drop-off locations and delivering service.
  • Update and maintain fleet data in the system.
  • Support entry-level accounts and reservations departments when needed.
  • Provide excellent service to end-customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel and browsing).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid car driving license.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in car rental or tourism sector.
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
