Iason Skouzos TaxLaw is seeking a motivated
Back Office Assistant (Junior level)
to join our accounting team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to further develop their skills in a dynamic, structured, and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience in a back-office, accounting, or administrative role will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong computer literacy (especially Excel and office productivity tools)

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Team-oriented mindset with effective communication abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Payments from company's bank accounts
  • Review and reconciliation of deposits and bank transactions
  • Assistance in resolving outstanding accounting issues
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical archives
  • Updating internal programmes, databases, and accounting systems
  • Providing general administrative support to the accounting department
