We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our international team

Job title: Customer Service Agent for our International office based in Chalandri.

Duties :

  • Excellent Customer Service attitude
  • Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone and emails
  • Handling reservations and customers calls
  • Ability to deal with multitask duties
  • Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times

Necessary skills:

  • Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages will be considered as an asset.
  • Experienced in computer & MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to Multitask.
