We are seeking a skilled German speaking customer service representative to join our digital marketing team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance related to digital marketing strategies and SEO solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer support in German, assisting clients with inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.
- Help clients with troubleshooting issues, onboarding processes, and understanding the impact of our services on their business.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, ensuring customer records are maintained in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries and technical issues.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO to provide knowledgeable support.
- Engage proactively with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Fluency in German, with strong command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the digital marketing or SEO field, is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
