Customer Support Representative for Online Auctions
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled customer support representative to join our team in the online auctions department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to online auctions and bidding processes, ensuring that they have a seamless experience while navigating our platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding auctions, bidding processes, and platform features.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about platform updates and industry trends.
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in online platforms, is a plus but not mandatory.
