Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to assist our clients navigate the online auction platform. As an Italian speaking customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service via phone, email, and chat, addressing user inquiries related to account setup, bidding procedures, and auction listings.
You will resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, guiding customers through the online auction process and educating them about platform features. Your accuracy and attention to detail will ensure accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to the improvement of service processes.
Collaboration with the team is essential to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in customer support roles, particularly within online platforms, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest in online auctions and bidding processes is an advantage.
