**Customer Service Representative Wanted**
We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to assist Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries about our online auction and bidding services.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with questions related to the auction and bidding process, facilitating seamless transactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer feedback and enhance overall service quality.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on platform features and industry best practices.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong interest in online platforms, auctions, and customer service. Previous experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
