Auction Bidding Platform German Language Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for an Online Auction & Bidding Platform.
This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about online marketplaces and dedicated to providing exceptional service to German-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking users regarding bidding processes, auction details, and account management through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about the platform, including registration, bidding strategies, and payment processing.
- Effectively resolve issues related to auction entries and product listings to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively and maintain accurate records of support tickets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex issues and enhance user satisfaction.
- Educate users on the features of the platform and best practices for successful bidding.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to support improvements and service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce, online auctions, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing high-quality customer support.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
