Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an entry-level position for a German Speaking Customer Care representative in our Online Auction & Bidding Platform Department, based in beautiful Greece
This role is ideal for individuals who are not only passionate about customer service but also interested in the world of online commerce and auction platforms.
As a Customer Care representative, your primary responsibilities will include assisting German-speaking customers with inquiries related to our auction and bidding services, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your expertise will help clients navigate our platform effectively and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding auction processes and bidding strategies
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues swiftly and effectively
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about online auction trends and platform updates
- Participate in ongoing training to develop product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- No prior experience required; recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Interest in online commerce, auctions, and bidding platforms
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with customer service tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Available for relocation to Greece (relocation assistance provided)
